Firm Overview

McCarthy, Summers, Bobko, Wood, Sawyer & Perry, P.A. was established in 1994 and is centrally located in the business district of Stuart, Florida. The firm’s legal practice is characterized by attorneys who specialize in specific areas areas of law to serve the legal needs of both individuals and corporations.  The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of Real Estate and Acquisitions, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Probate, Elder Law and Guardianship Law, Family Law, and Construction Law.

The firm consists of nine partners, five associates, and two attorneys serving as of counsel. Three of our attorneys are Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Real Estate Law; and one attorney is board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates Law.

Board certification recognizes attorneys' special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Certified attorneys are the only lawyers allowed to identify or advertise themselves as Florida Bar Board Certified, specialists or experts.

Most of our lawyers have practiced in Martin County for their entire careers. Through extensive involvement in business, civic and political organizations, our attorneys are active in the community.

Most of the firm’s attorneys are Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell, with AV and BV ratings, which reflects long-standing experience and high levels of expertise.
